| HORARY OF THE MONTH !! When we are looking at this question we need three things: Dignity (i.e. the strengths of the planetary significators involved); aspects between significators and reception (planets in each other's dignities showing they like each other in some sort of way). In terms of dignity, I say neither of you is doing particularly well I'm afraid. Your planets are Jupiter (in detriment), the Moon (Peregrine and in 8th house) and the Sun which has a little dignity. The object of your desires is shown by the descendant, Mercury (Peregrine and under Sun's Beams) and Venus which is Peregrine and Retrograde and also moving further into the 6th house. Looking at the Ascendant which is you, you are opposed by Saturn by antiscion. Antiscia usually show something happening behind the scenes, under the surface, covertly, perhaps even underhand, and maybe with some hidden motives. All the cards may not be on the table. Saturn is the ruler of the second house in this chart, which would be your possessions, i.e. money. Also in relationship charts it can often show the influence of an ex hanging over your shoulder. However, as this is conjunct the descendant which is the other party's house, this could be HER ex secretly still lurking around and in this case he would be detrimental to your case. Looking at aspects, there is one happening as we speak between Jupiter and Venus showing that you may be having contact with this person just now but the aspect is a square which shows that if you get together it is not going to be without much trouble - either in getting there in the first place or once you do get together. The other thing is that there is a 'mixed message' coming out of this with the receptions. On the one hand you are in triplicity, term and face of Venus - all adding up to a very strong liking - but on the other hand you are in her 'fall' and this shows grave disappointment and possibly you could feel hurt by her in some way. Venus is in Jupiter's terms showing she quite likes you but is also in the detriment of Jupiter. This whole aspect smacks of a real 'love hate power struggle' I'm afraid. Another thing to watch for is that Venus is on the descendant - this means she's not going to come running and you would have to do a significant amount of chasing. Venus is the side of woman that can easily be scorned and wants to be wined, dined and romanced, so if you are not prepared to do this and do it well and a lot of it then you don't stand much a chance! In addition, by antiscion Venus is on the 8th house cusp which might indicate some hidden concerns with money. However, on a positive note, her planet, Mercury, showing her more rational, practical side, STRONGLY likes you in a very genuine way and also exalts what you have to offer, physically and in practical terms. Also there is a conjunction between Mercury and the Sun (you) by antiscion. So all in all I think there is a chance, but to be honest, you will really have to play your cards right and it won't be easy. In addition I'd worry about this mixed reception thing, just in case you end up having a change of heart. The Moon's next aspect is a sextile to Venus and this may indicate you getting your chance. This will be in around 9 weeks from the question, perhaps a little over since the Moon is slow. However, I don't want to build up your hopes and this may in fact just be the occasion when you realise how hard you would have to work for this. The following snippets have been cut and paste directly from correspondence I received from the client in relation to the above reading - minor typographical, punctuation and spacing issues have been corrected - otherwise verbatim: What you say really describes the situation very well! Some more specific comments below. Thanks very much for doing this - aside from obviously being pretty interested in the answer it's been interesting to find out a bit more about horary. I must admit I was a little sceptical about horary before but I'll definitely look into it more now. Nice bit of interpretation, I'm impressed! Horary's good, hey? |
